The orthos is'nt high res compared to the concrete but it's still looking great cause ugly texture patterns don't exist on orthos.Īround the taxiways I want to have grass but that's depends on how the grass will impact the fps.
The asphalt edge on the taxiways is orthos that's located underneath the concrete texture. I might add details like that later on if needed. Even when I'm creating my own textures I still depends on textures from Īs you may notice taxiways and the apron is missing details like stains and cracks etc. It's a long process creating good looking textures by my own but in the end I'm getting high resolution textures free that's fitting my needs perfectly in a way that textures I can download don't. The ground textureing is coming along nicely. All textures from the taxiways is photographed by myself.
